OEP eLearning Modules

Organisational Emergency Preparedness eLearning

A four-part scenario-based eLearning for disability service providers exploring how preparedness can be strengthened before emergencies occur.

Learners begin with a realistic emergency scenario and then explore preparedness from three perspectives: systems, connections, and people.

  • Overview: A disability accommodation service faces increasing pressure as usual systems become unavailable.
  • Module 1: Organisational Emergency Preparedness
  • Module 2: Shared Responsibility
  • Module 3: Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness
  • Module 4: Bringing It Together

Includes practitioner insights, knowledge quizzes, reflection activities, an Organisational Emergency Preparedness (OEP) Self-Assessment, and practical resources.

Start with the Scenario and work through the modules in sequence to explore how organisational planning, shared responsibility, and person‑centred preparedness can strengthen continuity before emergencies occur.
