My Emergency Plan
My Emergency Plan supports people to think about what matters, stay connected with others, and take simple steps toward being prepared for emergencies. Developed through community conversation forums, P‑CEP learning cohorts, and a growing community of practice, the resource reflects the shared insights of older people, First Nations elders, service providers, and local partners.
Co-designers highlighted that emergency planning is about conversation and support, with writing things down as an option.
Built around the P‑CEP approach, My Emergency Plan includes a self-assessment and conversational prompts aligned with P‑CEP steps and principles, supporting people to build their preparedness over time.
